The Practice

Neutral Projects is a sustainability-led architecture practice operating in London and Hampshire. We design homes, not houses, and offer architectural services from initial ideas to the completed building. Each project is structured around and proceeds through a set of predefined RIBA project stages designed to bring order to the design process.

We pride ourselves on being sustainable, empathetic and responsive. Our values inform everything we do.

Sustainability. We will not produce buildings that significantly contribute to the warming of the planet or the loss of biodiversity. Where possible we will strive for outcomes that go beyond carbon neutrality and actively improve the environment.

Empathy. We believe this is the essence of designing for others and especially important when designing a home. Understanding what people value from the spaces they inhabit forms the foundation and defines the success of every project.

Responsiveness. Our projects are context-sensitive; they respond to people and places. We aim to produce architecture that feels friendly and familiar, but that possesses a subtle distinction.
